Edúcate Uruguay is a non-profit organization that strengthens the public school system, specifically in rural areas, through a model that generates an affective and effective bond of children to learning.

Founded in 2009, it has demonstrated to be a proven solution to reduce the gap in the access to educational opportunities between rural and urban children.

How we do it

Our model

In Edúcate we believe that the future is in the education.

The child and the teacher are at the very center of the approach.

We generate an ecosystem of change whose objective is that children and teachers live learning as a path of personal development.

We design and implement strategies in order to generate an effective and affective bond between children and learning.

Our projects reimagine the school environment and the interactions inside of them. We inspire ourselves through investigations and proven international practices. With the intention to provide a strong local system, and focus on the improvement of learning.
